摘要:
巨细胞病毒属疱疹病毒科β疱疹病毒亚科的一类有包膜的DNA病毒，其在人群普遍易感，能引起中枢神经系统、呼吸系统、血液循环等全身各器官组织病变。在免疫力不健全的群体中，尤其是新生儿机体发育尚不成熟，免疫力较弱，易受到侵害。孕妇感染巨细胞病毒后会造成胎儿宫内生长受限、畸形，甚至死胎，且部分新生儿出生后虽无症状，但后期可能出现严重后遗症。因此，临床早诊断、早治疗对提高新生儿生存率及健康成长具有重要价值。本文就新生儿巨细胞病毒感染临床特点、诊断方法、治疗进展以及预防措施作一综述，以期为新生儿巨细胞病毒感染的临床治疗提供一定的参考依据。
Abstract:
Cytomegalovirus belongs to herpesvirus family β A class of enveloped DNA viruses of the subfamily herpesvirus, the crowd is affected easily, and can cause diseases of various organs and tissues of the whole body, such as central nervous system, respiratory system and blood circulation. In groups with weakened immunity, especially neonates whose body is not mature yet, their immunity is weak and vulnerable to damage.Severe infections in pregnant women can cause intrauterine growth restriction, malformations, and even stillbirth. Although some newborns are asymptomatic after birth, serious sequelae may occur later.Therefore, early clinical diagnosis and early treatment are of great value to improve the survival rate and healthy growth of newborns.This article reviews the clinical features, diagnostic methods, treatment progress and preventive measures of neonatal cytomegalovirus infection.It is expected to provide a certain reference basis for the clinical treatment of neonatal cytomegalovirus infection.
