摘要:
类风湿性关节炎(RA)是较为常见的自身免疫性疾病,早期病变不易被察觉,首犯小关节,病情不断进展,致残率较高。随着多普勒超声技术的发展,其在早期RA诊治中的优势越来越突出。本文主要从多普勒超声协助诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗及康复评定等方面,综述该技术在早期RA小关节病变中的作用与不足,以期为临床提供参考。
Abstract:
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a relatively common autoimmune disease. Early lesions are not easy to be detected, and the joint is the first offender. The disease progresses continuously, and the disability rate is high. With the development of Doppler ultrasound technology, its advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of early RA are more and more prominent. This article reviews the role and shortcomings of Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation evaluation of early RA facet joint lesions, in order to provide reference for clinical improvement.
