摘要:
目的 了解深圳市蛇口地区互联网医疗服务的开展情况。方法 结合我院2020年3月初成立互联网医疗科以来的医生参与情况，采用SWOT分析开展互联网医疗服务的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。结果 进驻120名医生，84名医生完成订单；年度累计订单13 338份，完成订单9103份；累计评价星级4.93（5星计），其中5星2093份，3星5份，1~2星20份；失单主要原因为①与线下诊疗时间冲突，工作繁忙，压力增大；②部分免费咨询患者问题不清晰，对话时间长，干扰医生正常生活；③部分医生软件操作不熟练，感觉费时费力；④长期无回报付出，持久性差。结论 互联网医疗服务可及性高、管理规范、信息透明，有助于降低医疗成本。但由于目前医保及物价限制，信息化建设及人员不足，影响工作效率，有待进一步完善。政策的有效支持和信息安全是互联网医疗健康发展的保障。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the development of internet medical services in Shekou area of Shenzhen city.Methods Combined with the participation of doctors since the establishment of the internet medical department in our hospital in early March 2020, SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Internet medical services.Results A total of 120 doctors participated in the survey and 84 doctors completed the order. The total orders amount was 13 338 in the year, among which 9103 had been finished. The average score of the star-class assessment was 4.93 (max 5), including 2093 orders with 5 stars, 5 orders with 3 stars, and 20 orders with 1-2 stars. the main reasons for the loss of single were:①conflict with busy offline work, and additional work pressure; ②disturbance to normal life of doctors by unclear questions and overlong dialogue time with some patients for free consultation; ③unfamiliarity with software by some doctors for whom it was time costing; and ④poor sustainability due to no payback.Conclusion Featuring high accessibility, standardized administration and good information transparency, the internet medical services will contribute to the reduction of medical costs. However, due to the existing medical insurance regulations, price level and lack of IT infrastructure and manpower, the services performance is limited and needs to be improved. The effective policy support and the information security are the prerequisites for the Internet medicine to develop healthily.
