摘要:
目的 研究针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗突发性耳聋（SD）对其听力水平及凝血功能的影响。方法 收集2020年3月-2021年3月我院收治的78例SD患者的临床资料进行分析，将接受通窍活血汤治疗者39例设为对照组，针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗者39例设为观察组，比较两组听力阈值、中医症状积分、综合疗效及凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板聚老年神经内科集率（PA）]。结果 治疗第7天与15天两组听力阈值均低于治疗前，且观察组治疗第15天时听力阈值低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组中医症状积分（耳鸣、眩晕、耳堵塞感）低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为87.18%，高于对照组的71.79%（P＜0.05）；观察组APTT高于对照组，MPV、PA低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针刺配合通窍活血汤可显著提升SD患者听力水平，同时减轻其临床症状，改善凝血功能，综合疗效突出。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on hearing level and coagulation function in patients with sudden deafness (SD).Methods A total of 78 SD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were collected and analyzed. 39 patients treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction were set as the control group, and 39 patients treated with acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction were set as the observation group. The hearing threshold, TCM symptom score, comprehensive curative effect and coagulation function indexes [activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet aggregation rate (PA)] were compared between the two groups.Results The hearing threshold of the two groups on the 7th and 15th day of treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the hearing threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 15th day of treatment(P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms (tinnitus, vertigo, ear blockage) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%, which was higher than 71.79% of the control group (P<0.05). APTT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, MPV and PA were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction can significantly improve the hearing level of SD patients, reduce their clinical symptoms, improve coagulation function, and has obvious comprehensive curative effect.
