摘要:
医院医用耗材来源复杂、消耗去向众多，临床科室二级库管理存在耗材收费漏记错记、耗材去向不可追溯、耗材库存难监控等问题。本文以传统的医用耗材二级库管理现状为切入点，分析了原有二级库管理流程易出现的问题，提出基于信息化平台、整合望海康信医院管理系统（HERP）和医院信息系统（HIS）的医用耗材二级库精细化管理新方法，以及该方法下实现的闭环管理、耗材采购和使用的全流程跟踪、库存情况的实时监控、物资情况异常报警提醒等功能，并讨论了基于信息化平台的医用耗材二级库精细化管理在提高二级库管理准确性和效率、减少耗材浪费、提供医院效益分析数据基础等方面的重要意义。
Abstract:
Because of the complex source and many whereabouts of medical consumables in hospital, blind spots in the management of the secondary library of clinical departments can easily lead to problems such as omission of consumables charges, untraceable whereabouts of consumables, and difficulty in monitoring consumables inventory. This paper takes the current situation of the traditional secondary warehouse management of medical consumables as the breakthrough point, and analyzes the problems that are easy to occur in the original secondary warehouse management process, and puts forward a new method of fine management of secondary warehouse of medical consumables based on information platform and integrating Wanghai Kangxin Hospital Management System (HERP) and Hospital Information System (HIS), as well as the functions of closed-loop management, whole process tracking of consumables procurement and use, real-time monitoring of inventory, and warning of abnormal material conditions. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the significance of fine management of medical consumables secondary library based on information platform in improving the accuracy and efficiency of secondary library management, reducing waste of consumables and providing data basis for hospital benefit analysis.
