摘要:
糖尿病的发生与多种因素相关，是一种以慢性高血糖为特点的代谢性疾病，临床致残率较高，严重威胁患者的生命健康。目前，糖尿病的治疗无统一标准，主要是在饮食控制、适度运动等基础上联合药物治疗。糖尿病药物治疗发展已经相当成熟，但是不同药物作用机制不同，治疗效果也存在差异。如何科学合理选择药物是当前临床糖尿病治疗的关键。本文现对糖尿病常见药物治疗进行综述，旨在为临床糖尿病的治疗奠定一定理论基础。
Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia, which is associated with many factors. The clinical disability rate is high, and the life and health of patients are seriously dangerous. At present, there is no unified standard for the treatment of diabetes, mainly based on diet control and moderate exercise combined with drug therapy. The development of drug therapy for diabetes has been quite mature, but different drug mechanisms have different therapeutic effects. How to select drugs scientifically and reasonably is the key to the current clinical treatment of diabetes. This paper reviews the common drug treatment of diabetes, aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of clinical diabetes.
