摘要:
目的 观察互联网联合心脏康复延续性护理对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年6月我院行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的74例冠心病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组给予常规延续护理，观察组给予互联网联合心脏康复延续性护理，比较两组服药依从性评分（Morisky）、心绞痛生存质量评分、自我管理水平、运动耐量。结果 观察组Morisky评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组躯体活动受限度评分、心绞痛发作频率低于对照组，心绞痛稳定性、疗效满意度、疾病知晓度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组定期复查、生活规律、遵医嘱用药、合理饮食、规律运动评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组运动耐量大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 互联网联合心脏康复延续性护理可提高冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者依从性，改善心绞痛患者的生存质量，提高自我护理能力，增大运动耐量，进一步促进临床康复，具有确切的应用效果。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Internet combined with continuous cardiac rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine continuous nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing of Internet combined with cardiac rehabilitation. The medication compliance score ( Morisky ), angina quality of life score, self-management level and exercise tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The Morisky score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical activity limitation and angina attack frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of angina pectoris stability, efficacy satisfaction and disease awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The regular review, life rules, medication compliance, reasonable diet and regular exercise scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The exercise tolerance of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Internet combined with continuous cardiac rehabilitation nursing can improve the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention, improve the quality of life of angina pectoris, improve self-care ability, increase activity tolerance, and further promote clinical rehabilitation, which has definite application effect.
