摘要:
目的 观察双心医学模式下互联网+延续性护理治疗射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月-8月在我院诊治的50例射血分数降低心力衰竭患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各25例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用双心医学模式下互联网+延续性护理，比较两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分（SF-36）、服药依从性、心功能改善情况、心血管不良事件发生率。结果 两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后1个月服药依从性评分与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后2、4个月服药依从性评分均大于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（LVDD）均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组心血管不良事件发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的16.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 双心医学模式下互联网+延续性护理治疗射血分数降低心力衰竭可促进心功能改善，提高服药依从性，改善患者生活质量水平，降低焦虑、抑郁评分，降低心血管不良事件发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Internet+continuous nursing under the mode of psycho-cardiology in patients with heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction.Methods A total of 50 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction who were treated in our hospital from July to August 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with Internet+continuous nursing under the model of psycho-cardiology. The anxiety score, depression score, quality of life score (SF-36), medication compliance, improvement of cardiac function and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, general health, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in medication compliance score between the observation group and the control group at 1 month after intervention (P>0.05). The medication compliance scores at 2 and 4 months after intervention were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD) in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+continuous nursing under the model of psycho-cardiology can promote the improvement of cardiac function in patients with heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction, improve their medication compliance and the quality of life, reduce anxiety and depression scores, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
