摘要:
目的 探讨脑卒中患者肠屏障功能的变化,分析相关影响因素。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年7月我院收治的脑卒中患者64例,定量检测血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸、内毒素水平,并行体成分分析检测,通过多因素Logistic分析肠屏障功能的影响因素,探讨BMI、FFMI与肠屏障之间的关系。结果 64例患者中DAO、D-乳酸、内毒素升高分别为23例、20例、3例;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,白蛋白是DAO的影响因素,前白蛋白、血糖是D-乳酸的影响因素;不同BMI、FFMI水平的脑卒中患者DAO、D-乳酸、内毒素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 脑卒中易合并肠屏障功能障碍,这种功能障碍可能与蛋白、血糖水平相关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of intestinal barrier function in stroke patients and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 64 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected. The levels of serum diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactic acid and endotoxin were quantitatively detected, and body composition analysis was performed. The influencing factors of intestinal barrier function were studied by multivariate logistic analysis, and the relationship between BMI, FFMI and intestinal barrier was discussed by T test.Results DAO, D-lactic acid and endotoxin were elevated in 23 cases, 20 cases and 3 cases, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that albumin was the influencing factor of DAO, prealbumin and blood glucose were the influencing factors of D-lactic acid. There was no significant difference in DAO, D-lactic acid and endotoxin levels among stroke patients with different BMI and FFMI levels (P>0.05).Conclusion Stroke is associated with intestinal barrier dysfunction, which may be associated with protein and blood glucose levels.
