摘要:
人类基因组中约70%被转录生成RNA,其中只有2%编码蛋白质,其余称之为非编码RNA。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)和微小核糖核酸(miRNA)都属于非编码RNA。研究表明,LncRNA与miRNA之间通过竞争性内源性RNA(ceRNA)机制广泛参与恶行肿瘤的发生发展,并起到重要调控作用。近年来,肺癌的发病率和死亡率逐年增高,严重威胁到人类健康。本文主要就LncRNA作为ceRNA调控miRNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的作用进行综述,以期为探究肺癌的发病机制及诊治提供新思路。
Abstract:
About 70% of the human genome is transcribed into RNA, of which only 2% encode proteins, and the rest are called non-coding RNA. Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) and microribonucleic acid (microRNA, miRNA) are both non-coding RNAs. Recent studies have shown that LncRNA and miRNA compete through competitive endogenous RNAs (competing endogenous RNAs, ceRNA) mechanism is widely involved in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors, and plays an important regulatory role. The incidence and mortality of lung cancer are increasing year by year, which seriously threatens human health, this article briefly reviews the research of LncRNA as ceRNA regulating miRNA in lung cancer, and provides new ideas for exploring the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
