摘要:
目的 观察利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的72例2型糖尿病患者为观察对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合利拉鲁肽治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、炎症因子指标以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）； 两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后空腹胰岛素（FINS）高于治疗前，胰岛素抵抗指数（HO-MA-IR）小于治疗前，且观察组FINS高于对照组，HOMAIR低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为5.56%，与对照组的8.33%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果确切，可提高总有效率，降低空腹和餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平，改善胰岛功能，不良反应发生率低，可作为临床治疗2型糖尿病的有效联合用药方案。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observational subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, blood glucose index, islet function index, inflammatory factor index and clinical adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The fasting insulin (FINS) of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the insulin resistance index (HOMAIR) was lower than that before treatment, and the FINS of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the HOMAIR was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.56%, which was compared with 8.33% in the control group, The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can improve the total effective rate, reduce fasting and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels, improve islet function, and have low incidence of adverse reactions. It can be used as an effective combination regimen for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
