摘要:
目的 探讨达克宁栓联合克霉唑阴道片对复发性假丝酵母菌性阴道炎（RVVC）患者炎症因子水平及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院收治的RVVC患者68例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=34）和观察组（n=34）。对照组给予达克宁栓治疗，观察组给予达克宁栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗，比较两组临床症状消退时间、炎症因子水平、生活质量及复发率。结果 观察组瘙痒、疼痛、充血水肿、白带异常症状消退时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组TNF-α水平低于对照组，观察组IEN-γ、IL-2水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、社会功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、一般健康状况评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组复发率为8.82%，低于对照组的29.41%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用达克宁栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗可促进RVVC患者临床症状早期改善，减轻机体炎症水平，提高患者生活质量，降低复发风险。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of gyno-daktarin combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets on inflammatory factor levels and quality of life in patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC).Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 68 patients with RVVC of our hospital were selected and divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Daktarin suppository, and the observation group was treated with Daktarin suppository combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, levels of inflammatory factors, quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of pruritus, pain, congestion and edema, leucorrhea abnormal symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of TNF-α in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the levels of IEN-γ and IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physical pain, mental health, social function, physiological function, emotional function, vitality and general health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.82 %, which was lower than 29.41 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Gyno-daktarin combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets can promote the early improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with RVVC, reduce the level of inflammation, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the risk of recurrence.
