摘要:
目的 探究军事训练相关肘关节外翻伸直过载综合征关节镜下手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年6月-2021年12月解放军63750部队医院17例部队官兵军事训练引起的肘关节外翻伸直过载综合征患者,均行关节镜下手术治疗,术后按统一标准化方案行康复功能训练,观察手术前后患者Mayo肘关节评分及肘关节活动度改变。结果 术后随访6~25个月,平均随访(19.73±2.38)个月;手术前肘关节最大屈曲角度为(93.71±11.12)°、伸直角度为(27.68±15.84)°、活动范围为(59.63±28.52)°,与手术后的最大屈曲角度(136.13±18.19)°、伸直角度为(5.07±11.47)°、活动范围为(132.29±24.82)°比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术前Mayo评分为(62.12±8.13)分,手术后为(89.68±5.81)分,手术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术优良率达到88.26%,患者术后无感染、血管神经损伤等手术并发症。结论 关节镜下射频治疗军事训练所致肘关节外翻伸直过载综合征效果良好,具有创伤小、恢复快、安全有效的特点,值得应用。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of valgus extension overload syndrome coursed by military drill.Methods From June 2015 to December 2021, 17 patients with elbow valgus extension overload syndrome caused by military drill in the People’s Liberation Army No.63750 Hospital were selected. All patients underwent arthroscopic surgery. After operation, rehabilitation function training was carried out according to the unified standardized scheme. The Mayo elbow score and elbow mobility were observed before and after operation.Results The patients were followed up for 6-25 months, the mean follow-up was (19.73±2.38)months. The maximum flexion angle of elbow joint before operation was (93.71±11.12)°, the extension angle was (27.68±15.84)°, and the range of motion was (59.63±28.52)°, which were compared with those after operation [(136.13±18.19)°, (5.07±11.47)°, (132.29±24.82)°], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Mayo score was (62.12±8.13) scores before operation, and (89.68±5.81) scores after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of operation was 88.26%. There were no postoperative complications such as infection and vascular nerve injury.Conclusion As the treatment of valgus extension overload syndrome coursed by military drill, the elbow arthroscopic surgery showed the advantages of less trauma, earlier recovery and better safety clinical efficacy, it is worthy of being generalized.
