摘要:
目的 研究偏头痛患者脑脊液及双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉流量、流速的变化。方法 收集2021年5月-2022年5月于我院就诊并行磁共振检查偏头痛患者29例设为偏头痛组,另在社区招募性别、年龄与之相匹配的23例设为对照组。使用磁共振相位对比法比较两组脑脊液头、足侧及双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉流量、流速的差异。结果 偏头痛组脑脊液头、足侧及双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉流量流速均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 偏头痛患者脑脊液及双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉流体动力学的改变一定程度上可为临床诊断提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of flow and velocity of cerebrospinal fluid, bilateral internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein in patients with migraine.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, 29 patients with migraine who underwent magnetic resonance examination in our hospital were collected as migraine group, and 23 patients with gender and age matched in the community were recruited as control group. Phase contrast method of magnetic resonance was used to compare the differences in the flow and velocity of cerebrospinal fluid in the head, foot and bilateral internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein between the two groups.Results The flow velocity of cerebrospinal fluid head, foot side, bilateral internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein in migraine group was lower than that in normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of cerebrospinal fluid and bilateral internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein hemodynamics in migraine patients can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis to a certain extent.
