摘要:
目的 分析我国造口治疗师领域的相关文献，了解其研究热点及未来发展趋势，为今后开展一系列相关研究提供参考依据。方法 在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库检索2000年1月-2022年7月收录的造口治疗师相关文献，并应用可视化分析软件CiteSpace软件分析其研究现状、作者、机构和关键词。结果 共检索出372篇文献，年发文量总体呈增长趋势但相对较低，发文量最多的作者是郑美春（10篇），其次是丁炎明、蒋琪霞各8篇，其作者内部已形成多个团队且合作密切；发文量最多的机构是东部战区总医院（12篇）；研究热点包括造口治疗师的培养、专科护理、质量评价；研究前沿为德尔菲法和应用价值。结论 造口治疗师研究已逐渐得到护理工作者的关注，但仍需加强不同地区机构和作者间的合作交流，探索新的研究方向，促进造口治疗师的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relevant literature in the field of enterostomal therapists in China, understand its research hotspots and future development trends, and provide reference for a series of related research in the future.Methods The related literatures of enterostomal therapists collected from January 2000 to July 2022 were searched in CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database, and the research status, authors, institutions and keywords were analyzed by visual analysis software CiteSpace.Results A total of 372 articles were retrieved, and the annual number of articles published showed an increasing trend but was relatively low. The author with the most articles published was ZHENG Mei-chun (10 articles), followed by DING Yan-ming and JIANG Qi-xia (8 articles in each author). The institution with the largest number of publications was General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command (12 articles). The research hotspots included the training of enterostomal therapists, specialist nursing and quality evaluation. The research frontier was Delphi method and application value.Conclusion The research on enterostomal therapists has gradually attracted the attention of nursing workers, but it is still necessary to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between institutions and authors in different regions, explore new research directions, and promote the development of enterostomal therapists.
