摘要:
目的 研究营养指导配合健康教育在婴幼儿生长发育中的作用。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年5月我院接诊的70例婴幼儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组给予常规指导和健康宣教教育，观察组给予营养指导和健康教育，比较两组婴幼儿体重和身高达标率、远期营养状况、血红蛋白、血清铁和锌水平、发育商评分。结果 观察组体重、身高达标率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组贫血、营养不良、肥胖发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组血红蛋白、血清铁、血清锌水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组婴幼儿精细运动、大运动、适应能力、语言能力、社交能力评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 营养指导配合健康教育可促进婴幼儿营养状况改善，提高体格达标率，提升婴幼儿智商发展，预防营养不良状况发生，对婴幼儿的生长发育具有积极的促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of nutrition guidance combined with health education on the growth and development of infants.Methods A total of 70 infants who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 infants in each group. The control group was given routine guidance and health education, and the observation group was given nutritional guidance and health education. The weight and height compliance rate, long-term nutritional status, hemoglobin, serum iron and zinc levels, and developmental quotient scores of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of body weight and height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of anemia, malnutrition and obesity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of hemoglobin, serum iron and serum zinc in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of fine exercise, big exercise, adaptability, language ability and social ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition guidance combined with health education can promote the improvement of nutritional status of infants, improve the rate of physical compliance, improve the development of intelligence quotient, prevent the occurrence of malnutrition, and play a positive role in promoting the growth and development of infants.
