摘要:
目的 分析白细胞计数(WBC)、心肌标志物及C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在新生儿肺炎(NP)中的临床意义。方法 以2021年1月-2022年9月武宁县妇幼保健院收治的86例NP患儿为研究对象并设为NP组,其中轻症NP患儿65例、重症NP患儿21例,另选择40例同期健康新生儿作为对照组,比较两组血清WBC、心肌标志物[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、]与CRP水平,分析以上指标对NP的阳性检出率。结果 NP组WBC、CK、CK-MB、CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);重症NP患儿的WBC、CK、CK-MB、CRP水平均高于轻症NP患儿(P<0.05);WBC检测在轻症NP患儿中的阳性检出率高于CRP、心肌标志物检测(P<0.05),但WBC、心肌标志物、CRP检测在重症NP患儿中的阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且三者联合检测的阳性检出率高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 WBC、心肌标志物与CRP检测对新生儿肺炎具有确切的诊断作用,三者联合检测具有更高的诊断价值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of White Blood Cell Count, myocardial markers and C-reactive protein (CRP) in neonatal pneumonia (NP).Methods A total of 86 children with NP admitted to Wuning County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the NP group, including 65 children with mild NP and 21 children with severe NP. Another 40 healthy neonatal in the same period were selected as the control group. The serum WBC, myocardial markers [creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)] and CRP levels were compared between the two groups, and the positive detection rates of the above indexes for NP were analyzed.Results The levels of WBC, CK, CK-MB and CRP in the NP group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of WBC, CK, CK-MB and CRP in children with severe NP were higher than those in children with mild NP (P<0.05). The positive detection rate of inflammatory markers in children with mild NP was higher than that of CRP and myocardial markers (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of inflammatory markers, myocardial markers and CRP in children with severe NP (P>0.05), and the positive detection rate of the combined detection of the three was higher than that of the single detection (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of inflammatory markers, myocardial markers and CRP has a definite diagnostic effect on neonatal pneumonia, and the combined detection of the three has a higher diagnostic value.
