摘要:
腮腺是人体最大的唾液腺,腮腺导管各级汇集后由一根主导管经腮腺乳头开口于颊粘膜上,为唾液排出提供了通道,若导管系统出现病变也会导致腺体分泌功能受累。鉴于腮腺导管系统的重要性,通过尸体标本研究导管结构使人们认识了导管系统的一般结构,若要了解每一个体的导管结构,需借助特殊设备。近年来临床应用影像学对腮腺导管结构不断探索,本文通过对影像学方法评价腮腺导管结构作一综述,旨在为临床应用提供参考。
Abstract:
The parotid gland is the largest salivary gland in the human body. The duct of the parotid gland is opened to the buccal mucosa through the parotidea papillae. Lesions in the ductal system can also impair gland secretion. In view of the importance of the parotid duct system, the studies of the duct structure through cadaver specimens makes people understand the general structure of the duct system. Special equipment is needed to understand the catheter structure of each individual. In recent years, the clinical application of imaging has continuously explored the structure of parotid duct. This article reviews the evaluation of parotid duct structure by imaging methods, aiming to provide reference for clinical application.
