摘要:
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是一种常见的妊娠并发症,其发病机制受多种因素影响。目前,越来越多的证据表明环境因素可能会增加患GDM的风险,重金属镉和砷是两种有毒重金属,被认为是内分泌干扰物,与GDM发病相关。环境污染物暴露和妊娠期糖尿病发生的相关性亟待解决。本文重点从重金属来源,重金属与GDM之间关系,重金属导致GDM的作用机制等方面论述重金属与GDM发病之间的相关性,以期为临床妊娠期糖尿病的研究提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common pregnancy complication, and its pathogenesis is affected by many factors. At present, more and more evidence shows that environmental factors may increase the risk of GDM. Heavy metals cadmium and arsenic are two toxic heavy metals, which are considered to be endocrine disruptors and associated with GDM. The correlation between environmental pollutant exposure and gestational diabetes mellitus needs to be solved urgently. This article focuses on the correlation between heavy metals and GDM from the sources of heavy metals, the relationship between heavy metals and GDM, and the mechanism of heavy metals leading to GDM, in order to provide new ideas for the study of clinical gestational diabetes.
