摘要:
目的 分析健康体检者中高尿酸人群血脂代谢状况及甘油三脂升高的危险因素。方法 选取2015年在我院接受健康体检的成年人14426例,筛查高尿酸者2648例,分析血脂代谢状况及甘油三脂升高的相关危险因素。结果 该高尿酸人群中,血脂代谢异常的总患病率为91.99%(2436/2648)。高甘油三脂血症患病率为72.51%(1920/2648),高胆固醇血症患病率43.69%(1157/2648)、高低密度胆固醇血症患病率45.05%(1193/2648)、低高密度胆固醇血症患病率25.00%(662/2648),男性均高于女性(46.83% vs 38.34%,53.77%vs 30.16%,34.73% vs 8.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,高甘油三脂升高的危险因素为TC、年龄及BMI。结论 高尿酸血症不仅是一种与生活方式相关的疾病,也是心血管疾病的危险因素,而血脂代谢紊乱所致的脂毒性又进一步加速了此进程,增加了心血管疾病的风险。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the metabolic status of serum lipids and the risk factors of elevated triglyceride in healthy persons with hyperuricemia.Methods 14426 healthy adults in our hospital in 2015 were selected and 2648 were screened for hyperuricemia. The metabolic status of blood lipids and the risk factors of elevated triglyceride were analyzed.Results The prevalence of abnormal lipid metabolism was 91.99%(2436/2648)in the hyperuricemia group.The prevalence of hyperlipidemia was 72.51%(1920/2648),the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia was 43.69%(1157/2648),high and low density cholesterol was 45.05%(1193/2648),the prevalence of low-density cholesterol was 25.00%(662/2648),which was higher in men than in women(46.83%vs38.34%,53.77%vs30.16%, 34.73%vs8.38%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for elevated high triglycerides were TC,age and BMI.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is not only a lifestyle-related disease,but also a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.The lipid toxicity caused by dyslipidemia further accelerates this process and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
