摘要:
目的 研究独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院100例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服独活寄生汤，对比两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛评分、关节活动度评分、膝关节功能评分及生活质量改善情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，关节活动度评分、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎，可缓解患者疼痛，改善关节功能，提高生活质量，整体治疗效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases each.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate,pain score,joint activity score,knee function score and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The joint activity score and knee function score were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can relieve pain,improve joint function and improve quality of life.The overall therapeutic effect is better than that of pure sodium hyaluronate.
