摘要:
目的 分析乌鲁木齐市2016~2017年流行性感冒流行病监测和病原学检测结果,为流感防控提供依据。方法 收集2016年1月~2017年12月流感监测哨点医院监测诊室报告的流感样病例就诊比例,采集流感样病例标本进行流感病原学检测,收集暴发疫情资料。结果 2016年1月~2017年12月流感样病例占门诊就诊病例总数的比例为5.02%,流感样病例发病2016年2~3月达到高峰,2017年1~3月为高发期。流感病毒病原学检测2016年阳性率为34.06%、2017年阳性率为35.13%,2016年度检出的流感病毒阳性以季H3型和B型流感病毒为主,2017年度以季H3型和B型流感病毒为主。结论 2016年1月~2017年12月乌鲁木齐市流感病毒流行季节为冬春季,有学校发生流感暴发疫情,应采取积极措施预防流感暴发流行。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the surveillance and pathogen detection results of influenza epidemics in Urumqi from 2016 to 2017,and provide evidence for influenza prevention and control. Methods The proportion of influenza-like cases reported by the surveillance clinics of influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals from January 2016 to December 2017 was collected.The specimens of influenza-like cases were collected for influenza pathogen detection,and the outbreak information was collected.Results From January 2016 to December 2017,the proportion of influenza-like cases in the total number of outpatient visits was 5.02%.The incidence of influenza-like cases peaked in February and March of 2016,and the high incidence in January-March 2017.The positive rate of influenza virus pathogen detection in 2016 was 34.06%,and the positive rate in 2017 was 35.13%.The influenza virus detected in 2016 was mainly quaternary H3 and B viruses.In 2017,the main season is H3 and B influenza viruses.Conclusion From January 2016 to December 2017,the influenza virus epidemic season in Urumqi is winter and spring.There are influenza outbreaks in schools.Active measures should be taken to prevent influenza outbreaks.
