摘要:
目的 探讨艾滋病方剂用药的性味及归经、功效的规律和特点，为艾滋病中医治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法 借助方剂计量学的方法，将药物归类，并分别查出其性、味、归经、功效分类分析。结果 用于治疗艾滋病的中药共计240味，出现频次最多的为补气药，其次为清热药、利水渗湿药等。药性以温性为最，其次为寒性。药味以甘味为最，其次为苦、辛味。归经以脾经为首，依次为肺、胃、肝经。结论 从用药规律中可以初步判断出艾滋病患者中医证型以气虚最为多见。从性味归经规律中可以看出常用药物紧扣其病位在脾，以脾肺肝功能失调为本，元气亏虚为其关键致病因素的病因病机.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the sexual taste,channel tropism,the regularity and characteristics of AIDS prescriptions,and to provide reference for AIDS treatment.Methods The drugs were classified by means of prescription metrology,and their sexual taste, channel tropism and efficacy classification were analyzed.Results The total amount of traditional Chinese medicine used for the treatment of AIDS was 240.The most frequent occurrence was qi-invigorating drugs,followed by heat-clearing drugs and water-wetting drugs.The medicinal properties are the most temperate,followed by the coldness.The taste of the drug is the most sweet,followed by bitterness and pungency.Return to the spleen to the first,followed by the lung,stomach,liver meridian.Conclusion From the law of medication,it can be preliminarily judged that the TCM syndrome type of AIDS patients is the most common.From the law of sexual taste channel tropism,it can be seen that the commonly used drugs closely follow the disease in the spleen,and the spleen and lung liver dysfunction is the main cause,and the deficiency of vital energy is the pathogenic pathogenesis of the key pathogenic factors.
