摘要:
“互联网+”背景下，各类互联网医疗服务应用不断普及，患者对于高效就诊的需求也愈加迫切。本文通过对江苏省口腔医院患者服务及应用集成平台进行研究，探索了口腔专科医院人工窗口+自助终端+移动应用+智能服务机器人的互联网服务体系的建设模式。旨在面向用户提供智能导诊、预约挂号、诊间缴费、信息查询等快捷、高效的互联网医疗服务。
Abstract:
Under the background of "Internet +", various types of Internet medical service applications are becoming more and more popular, and the demand for efficient medical treatment is becoming more and more urgent. Through the research on the patient service and application integration platform of Jiangsu Stomatological Hospital, this paper explores the construction mode of the Internet service system of the manual window + self-service terminal + mobile application + intelligent service robot of the stomatological hospital. It is designed to provide users with fast and efficient Internet medical services such as intelligent consultation, appointment registration, payment between clinics, and information inquiry.
