摘要:
目的 分析小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗小儿风寒感冒的临床疗效。方法 将2016年3月~2017年3月在我院儿科门诊患风寒感冒患儿88例进行研究，随机分为两组，各44例，对照组以小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗，观察组以小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗，比较两组用药后咳嗽、咳痰、咽痛的治疗效果。结果 观察组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痛消失时间均短于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应仅对照组1例发生轻微恶心，不良反应发生率为2.27%。结论 小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗小儿风寒感冒效果明显，可促使患儿临床症状尽早缓解，有助于减轻患儿痛苦，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of children with cold treated by Children’s Chai Gui antipyretic granule.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,88 cases of children with cold in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were studied and randomly divided into two groups,44 cases each.The control group was treated with infantile aminophenol Huang Namin granule,and the observation group was treated with Children’s Chai Gui antipyretic granule,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group cough, sputum,sore throat disappeared shorter than the control group,the total effective rate was higher than the control group,there was a statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions only slight nausea occurred in 1 patient in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.27%.Conclusion The effect of Children's Chai Gui antipyretic granule in treating children with wind-cold cold is obvious,which can promote the early relief of children's clinical symptoms can help to alleviate the pain of children,and worth popularizing.
