摘要:
目的 探究硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗重度妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月~2016年3月在我院接受治疗的50例重度妊娠高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗，观察组采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗，对比两组患者的疗效、药物不良反应和胎儿大脑动脉血流动力学指标（PSFV、EDFV、TMFV、PI、RI）变化情况。结果 观察组总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的64.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组药物不良反应发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的36.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组胎儿大脑动脉PSFV、EDFV、TMFV、PI、RI的改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗重度妊娠高血压患者，临床疗效显著，不良反应少，胎儿血流改善情况明显，值得推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 50 patients with severe pregnancy hypertension received treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.The effects of the two groups were compared,the adverse drug reactions and the changes of the fetal cerebral artery hemodynamic indexes (PSFV,EDFV,TMFV,PI,RI)were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that in control group 64.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse drug reaction rate in observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that in control group 36.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of PSFV,EDFV,TMFV,PI and RI in fetal cerebral artery in observation group was better than that in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension has significant clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions,and improved fetal blood flow,which is worthy of promotion.
