摘要:
目的 探讨医护同组责任制管理模式提高护理质量的应用效果,为进一步提高我院护理质量水平提供指导。方法 2016年3月~9月在我院呼吸科实施医护同组责任制管理模式,比较医护同组责任制管理模式实施前后护理质量评分、医生对护理质量的满意度、患者对护理质量的满意度评分变化。结果 实施后,护理部质量考核结果显示基础护理、专科护理、分级护理、病房护理、消毒护理、护理文书写作规范、技能操作评分显著的高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,9位医生对16位护理人员的护理满意度评价高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,200例患者对护理人员的护理满意度评价高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医护同组责任制管理模式能显著的提高护理人员的护理质量、提高医生及患者对护理人员的护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the same group responsibility management system to improve the quality of nursing, and provide guidance for further improving the quality of nursing care in our hospital. Methods From March to September 2016, the management model of the same group responsibility system was implemented in the respiratory department of our hospital. Compare the quality of nursing scores before and after the implementation of the management model of the same group of responsibility, the satisfaction of doctors with the quality of care, and the satisfaction scores of patients with the qualityof care.Results After implementation, the quality assessment results of the nursing department showed that the basic nursing, specialist nursing, graded nursing, ward nursing, disinfection nursing, nursing writing writing norms, skill operation scores were significantly higher than before implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the implementation,9 doctors rated the nursing satisfaction of 16 nursing staff higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After implementation, the satisfaction evaluation of nursing staff in 200 patients was higher than that before implementation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The management system of the same group responsibility system can significantly improve the quality of care of nursing staff and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients in nursing care.
