摘要:
目的 探讨微信平台在社区居民第一目击者心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法 于2019年9~10月选择长沙市芙蓉区两社区的居民作为研究对象，按社区分为干预组和对照组，各37名，对照组进行常规现场急救培训，干预组进行常规现场急救培训+微信平台培训，比较两组培训后的智谋水平、心肺复苏成功率及CPR的理论与操作成绩。结果 干预后，两组环境评估得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预组CPR体位、CPR按压部位、CPR按压手法得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组理论与操作得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组智谋水平得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 微信平台培训能有效改善社区居民第一目击者智谋水平，提高其心肺复苏技能，同时能普及急救知识，提高社区居民的急救意识。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform in CPR training for community residents’ first witnesses.Methods From September to October 2019, residents of two communities in Furong District, Changsha City were selected as the research objects. According to the community, they were divided into an intervention group and a control group, with 37 people in each group.The control group received regular on-site first aid training, and the intervention group received regular on-site first aid training + WeChat platform training. After the training, the two groups were compared their level of resourcefulness, the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the theoretical and operational results of CPR. Results After the intervention, the environmental assessment scores of the two groups were not statistically different (P>0.05); the scores of CPR position, CPR compression position, and CPR compression technique of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The theoretical and operational scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of the intervention group’s resourcefulness were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform training can effectively improve the resourcefulness of the first witnesses of community residents, improve their cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, and at the same time popularize first aid knowledge and improve community residents’ first aid awareness.
