摘要:
目前我国进入老龄化社会，医疗体系显露出新的问题，医疗需求与能力之间的矛盾日渐突出，其中，院前急救方面存在的问题更为明显。本文现对国内院前急救现状进行分析，提出我国目前院前急救存在包括医疗人力及设备不足、政府政策法规不具体、落实不到位等问题，并提出相应对策，旨在探究适合我国院前急救发展方向的优化改善措施，完善院外紧急状况处理流程。
Abstract:
As China enters into an aging society, new problems emerge in the medical system, and the contradiction between medical demand and capacity becomes increasingly prominent.Among them, the pre-hospital first aid problems are more obvious.By referring to relevant literature, this paper understands the current situation of pre-hospital emergency treatment in China, analyzes a series of problems such as insufficient manpower and equipment of pre-hospital emergency medical treatment in China, and incomplete implementation of government policies and regulations, and explores optimization and improvement measures suitable for the development direction of pre-hospital emergency treatment in China, so as to improve the treatment process of out-of-hospital emergency.
