摘要:
为了进一步提高放射治疗效率,深化放疗信息化建设,加快推进放疗流程优化,改善放疗患者的就诊体验。本文重点回顾目前我院放疗流程,分析登记室节点在放疗环节中的作用,针对患者频繁往返登记室排队处理放疗业务问题,提出依靠肿瘤信息化管理系统(MIP)实现登记室在整个放射治疗流程中的优化,减少患者前往登记室处理业务的次数,提高患者的满意度,最终改善患者的就医体验。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the efficiency of radiotherapy, deepen the construction of radiotherapy informatization, accelerate the optimization of radiotherapy procedures, and improve the medical experience of radiotherapy patients.This article focuses on reviewing the current radiotherapy process in our hospital and analyzing the role of the registration room node in the radiotherapy link.In view of the frequent queuing of patients in the registration room to deal with radiotherapy business problems, it is proposed to rely on the tumor information management system (MIP) to optimize the registration room in the entire radiotherapy process, reduce the number of patients going to the registration room to process business, and improve patient satisfaction. Ultimately improve the patient’s medical experience.
