摘要:
目的 观察预见性护理在肝胆管结石手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年11月~2020年11月我院行肝胆管结石手术的72例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用预见性护理干预，比较两组手术指标、结石残留率、并发症发生率、护理满意度以及疼痛（VAS）评分。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组结石残留率为5.56%，低于对照组的13.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.33%，低于对照组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为97.22%，高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后VAS评分为（3.56±0.26）分，低于对照组的（6.02±1.04）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肝胆管结石手术患者中应用预见性护理干预，可促进手术顺利进行，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，促进术后恢复，缩短住院时间，降低结石残留率和并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent hepatolithiasis surgery in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care, and the observation group used predictive nursing intervention to compare the two groups’ surgical indicators, stone residual rate, complication rate, nursing satisfaction, and pain (VAS) scores.Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time to get out of bed, and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The residual rate of stones in the observation group was 5.56%, which was lower than 13.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The complication rate in the observation group was 8.33%, which was lower than the 16.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was (3.56±0.26) points, which was lower than the (6.02±1.04) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing intervention in patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery,it can promote the smooth operation of the operation, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, promote postoperative recovery, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the rate of residual stones and the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
