摘要:
目的 分析老年性痴呆照顾者相关研究的热点主题及未来研究趋势。方法 以Web of Science核心集数据库为数据源，检索2010年~2020年收录的关于老年性痴呆照顾者的文献，采用文献计量、聚类分析及绘制战略坐标的方法对纳入文献的年发文量、期刊分布及高频关键词等进行分析。结果 最终纳入文献2270篇，2010年~2020年年发文量呈现线性增长趋势；领域内核心期刊7个，其中发文量排名前3的护理学期刊是《Journal of Clinical Nursing》《Journal of Advanced Nursing》和《Geriatric Nursing》；聚类得到6个老年性痴呆照顾者研究主题分别是：精神健康、社会支持、照顾负担、生活质量、照顾的积极方面、患者入住养老院前后对配偶照顾者的护理。结论 2010年~2020年老年性痴呆照顾者研究领域的文献逐年增多，当前的研究热点主题集中在老年性痴呆照顾者的照顾负担、精神健康及生活质量等方面。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the hot topics and future research trends of research related to caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Using the Web of Science core set database as the data source, retrieve the literature on caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease collected from 2010 to 2020.The methods of bibliometrics, cluster analysis, and drawing of strategic coordinates are used to analyze the annual publication volume, journal distribution, and high-frequency keywords of the included literature.Results 2270 articles were finally included, and the number of articles published from 2010 to 2020 showed a linear growth trend;There were 7 core journals in the field, among which the top 3 nursing journals were "Journal of Clinical Nursing", "Journal of Advanced Nursing" and "Geriatric Nursing";The clustering results in 6 research topics for caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease were: mental health, social support, burden of care, quality of life, positive aspects of care, and care of spouse caregivers before and after patients move into nursing homes.Conclusion From 2010 to 2020, the literature in the research field of senile dementia caregivers has been increasing year by year, and the current research hot topics focus on the care burden, mental health and quality of life of senile dementia caregivers.
