摘要:
目的 利用共词聚类分析法对近20年来国内慢病管理的研究文献进行分析，总结目前国内该领域的研究热点。方法 在中国知网（CNKI）数据库检索2000年~2019年有关慢病管理的研究文献，运用Bicomb 2.0书目共现软件提取关键词等信息，运用UCINET 6.0软件、SPSS 21.0对纳入文献进行分析。结果 最终纳入文献3875篇，来源于632种期刊；纳入关键词4960个，出现频次15,902次，其中词频≥84的关键词共18个，累计出现频次5126次（32.2349%）；高频关键词聚类为5个类别：高血压、糖尿病的慢病管理；社区卫生服务中心在慢病防治、管理中重要地位；全科医生在慢病管理中的重要作用；健康管理及护理在老年人中的应用；社区护理的重要作用。结论 我国慢病管理研究的主题结构鲜明，以高血压、糖尿病为代表的慢性疾病亟需有效管理；同时，社区卫生服务在慢病管理中有重要作用。
Abstract:
Objective To use the co-word cluster analysis method to analyze the domestic research literature on chronic disease management in the past 20 years, and to summarize the current domestic research hotspots in this field.Methods Retrieving research literature on chronic disease management from 2000 to 2019 in the CNKI database,use Bicomb 2.0 bibliographic co-occurrence software to extract key words and other information, use UCINET 6.0 software, SPSS 21.0 to analyze the included literature.Results 3875 documents were finally included, from 632 journals; 4960 keywords were included, with a frequency of 15,902, of which 18 keywords with word frequency ≥ 84, with a cumulative frequency of 5126 (32.2349%);High-frequency keyword clustering was divided into 5 categories: chronic disease management of hypertension and diabetes;Community health service centers played an important role in the prevention and management of chronic diseases; the important role of general practitioners in the management of chronic diseases;The application of health management and nursing in the elderly; the important role of community nursing.Conclusion The research on chronic disease management in China has a clear thematic structure. Chronic diseases represented by hypertension and diabetes are in urgent need of effective management;At the same time, community health services play an important role in the management of chronic diseases.
