摘要:
为进一步提高临床合理用药水平，最大限度地减少药物不良事件和医疗纠纷的发生，我院根据临床合理用药要求，利用信息技术建立门诊处方前置审核系统。本文主要介绍处方前置审核系统的设计理念、实现方法及其工作流程，并对系统运行前后门诊用药各相关评价指标进行分析。通过系统应用，我院临床合理用药管控工作得到加强，既降低了药物不良事件的发生率，又提高了临床合理用药工作规范化水平。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs and minimize the occurrence of adverse drug events and medical disputes, our hospital uses information technology to establish a pre-examination system for outpatient prescriptions based on the requirements of clinical rational use of drugs.This article mainly introduces the design concept, implementation method and work flow of the pre-prescription review system, and analyzes the relevant evaluation indicators of outpatient medication before and after the system is running.Through the application of the system, the management and control of rational drug use in our hospital has been strengthened, which not only reduces the incidence of adverse drug events, but also improves the standardization of clinical rational drug use.
