摘要:
跟骨骨折是临床常见骨折,传统开放手术治疗对跟骨骨折周围软组织损伤较大,容易诱发多种并发症。随着微创理念的发展,微创手术治疗跟骨骨折已经得到广泛应用,并且治疗技术已经趋于成熟。但是临床微创手术治疗方法较多,不同微创手术方法各有优缺点,临床缺乏统一的标准。本文就跟跟骨骨折微创手术治疗适应证、不同微创手术治疗效果及安全性作一综述,以期为临床跟骨骨折科学选择微创手术方法、降低术后并发症提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Calcaneal fractures are common clinical fractures. Traditional open surgical treatments can damage the surrounding soft tissues of calcaneal fractures, which can easily induce various complications.With the development of the concept of minimally invasive surgery, minimally invasive surgery has been widely used in the treatment of calcaneal fractures, and the treatment technology has become mature.However, there are many clinical minimally invasive surgical treatment methods, and different minimally invasive surgical methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and there is a lack of uniform clinical standards.This article reviews the indications of minimally invasive surgery for calcaneal fractures, the effects and safety of different minimally invasive surgery, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific selection of minimally invasive surgery methods for clinical calcaneal fractures and reduce postoperative complications.
