摘要:
内皮细胞特异性分子-1是由内皮细胞分泌的一种新型内皮细胞功能障碍分子,其具有广泛的生物学活性,通过多种途径参与到调节炎症反应、细胞的黏附迁移、血管生成等病理生理过程中。近年研究发现,内皮细胞特异性分子-1与肿瘤、心血管系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病等多种类型疾病密切相关,为上述疾病的诊断、严重程度、预后及靶向治疗等提供了有力的理论依据,具有非常重要的临床意义和生物学价值。本文主要就内皮细胞特异性分子-1的生物学特性及其在相关疾病中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步深入研究提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is a new type of endothelial cell dysfunction molecule secreted by endothelial cells. It has a wide range of biological activities and participates in the regulation of inflammation, cell adhesion and migration, angiogenesis, and other pathophysiology through various channels. In the process.Recent studies have found that endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is closely related to tumors, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, skin diseases and other types of diseases.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the diagnosis, severity, prognosis and targeted therapy of the above diseases, and has very important clinical significance and biological value.This article mainly reviews the biological characteristics of endothelial cell-specific molecule-1 and its research progress in related diseases.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for further in-depth research.
