摘要:
目的 观察胃癌患者血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平变化及与肿瘤标志物和胃肠激素水平的关系。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年6月我院接受治疗的胃癌患者80例作为胃癌组,另选取同期在我院接受治疗的胃炎患者80例作为胃炎组,比较两组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、TGF-β水平、肿瘤标志物和胃肠激素水平,分析胃癌患者IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、TGF-β与肿瘤标志物和胃肠激素水平的相关性。结果 胃癌组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、TGF-β水平高于胃炎组(P<0.05);胃癌组CEA、CA19-9和CA125肿瘤标志物水平高于胃炎组(P<0.05);胃癌组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平低于胃炎组,G-17水平高于胃炎组(P<0.05);胃癌患者IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、TGF-β水平与CEA、CA19-9、CA125和G-17水平呈正相关,与PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、TGF-β水平较高,且与肿瘤标志物和胃肠激素水平密切相关,可作为临床筛查的重要指标。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the changes of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、interleukin-8 (IL-8), transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) levels in patients with gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor markers and gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the gastric cancer group.At the same time, 80 patients with gastritis who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the gastritis group.Compare the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8, TGF-β, tumor markers and gastrointestinal hormone levels between the two groups, analyze IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8, TGF-β and tumor markers in gastric cancer patients correlation between food and gastrointestinal hormone levels.Results The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8 and TGF-β in the gastric cancer group were higher than those in the gastritis group (P<0.05);The levels of CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 tumor markers in the gastric cancer group were higher than those in the gastritis group (P<0.05);The levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ in the gastric cancer group were lower than those in the gastritis group, and the G-17 level was higher than that in the gastritis group (P<0.05);The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8, and TGF-β in patients with gastric cancer were positively correlated with the levels of CEA, CA19-9, CA125 and G-17, and negatively correlated with the levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ (P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8, and TGF-β are relatively high in patients with gastric cancer, which are closely related to tumor markers and gastrointestinal hormone levels, and can be used as important indicators for clinical screening.
