摘要:
目的 研究自我管理教育在介入治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎中的护理效果及其对疼痛的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-12月在我院治疗的80例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予自我管理教育,比较两组自我护理能力、疼痛评分、护理依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组自我概念、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自我护理技能各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后VAS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组合理饮食、积极配合、遵医嘱各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自我管理教育应用于介入治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎可提高患者自我护理能力,降低疼痛度评分,改善护理依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,具有良好的应用效果。
Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing effect of self-management education in interventional treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans and its effect on pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given self-management education on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability, pain score, nursing compliance, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-concept, self-responsibility, health knowledge and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of diet, active cooperation and compliance with doctor’s advice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 87.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-management education in interventional treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans can improve patients’ self-care ability, reduce pain score, improve nursing compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, with good application effect.
