摘要:
目的 探究多发性骨髓瘤（MM）护理的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势，为此领域研究提供思路和参考。方法 检索中国知网建库至2022年3月1日发表的MM护理的相关文献，运用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件进行发文量、机构、作者、关键词的知识图谱绘制及分析。结果 最终纳入514篇有效文献，发文量总体呈增长趋势；发文最多的机构为南京医科大学附属无锡市人民医院，发文最多的作者为左丽宏；MM护理的研究热点主要聚焦于硼替佐米、疼痛、化疗、生活质量等，其中，生活质量和疼痛在该领域的受关注度越来越高。结论 MM护理研究关的注度还不够，仍需加强机构间合作，紧密团队关系，加大MM护理研究领域的科研投入，提升发文数量和质量。坚持以患者疼痛护理为中心，硼替佐米规范疗法为原则，心理护理为健康宣教基础，提供针对性护理，以期提升患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research status , research hotspots and development trends of multiple myeloma (MM) nursing, and provide research ideas and reference for MM nursing research.Methods Relevant literatures on MM nursing published from the establishment of CNKI database to March 1, 2022 were retrieved. CiteSpace5.8.R3 software was used to draw and analyze the knowledge map of the number of publications, institutions, authors and keywords.Results Finally, 514 valid literatures were included. The overall number of articles showed an increasing trend. The most published institution was Wuxi People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, and the most published author was ZUO Li-hong. The research hotspots of MM nursing mainly focused on bortezomib, pain, chemotherapy, quality of life and so on. Among them, quality of life and pain were getting more and more attention in this field.Conclution The attention of MM nursing research is not enough. It is still necessary to strengthen inter-agency cooperation, close team relationship, increase scientific research investment in MM nursing research, and improve the quantity and quality of publications. Adhere to the patient ’s pain care as the center, bortezomib standard therapy as the principle, psychological care as the basis of health education, to provide targeted care, in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
