摘要:
目的 探究细节护理联合个体化舒适护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除（LC）患者疼痛程度、康复时间及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年5月于抚州市东乡区第二人民医院行LC治疗的62例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（31例）与观察组（31例），对照组行常规护理，观察组在其基础上应用细节护理联合个体化舒适护理，比较两组术后24 h VAS评分、康复时间（首次排气时间、术后进食时间、术后下地活动时间、术后住院时间）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、手术并发症及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后24 h VAS评分小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组首次排气时间、术后进食时间、术后下地活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组SDS、SAS评分低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 细节护理联合个体化舒适护理可缓解LC患者术后疼痛，缩短其康复时间，改善其负面情绪，降低手术并发症，提高其护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing combined with individualized comfort nursing on pain degree, rehabilitation time and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent LC in the Second People’s Hospital of Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (31 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group applied detailed nursing combined with individualized comfort nursing on the basis of the control group. The 24 h VAS score, recovery time (first exhaust time, postoperative feeding time, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative hospitalization time), self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, surgical complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score at 24 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The first exhaust time, postoperative feeding time, postoperative ambulation time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing combined with individualized comfort nursing can relieve postoperative pain, shorten recovery time, improve negative emotions, reduce surgical complications and improve nursing satisfaction of LC patients.
