摘要:
目的 通过Meta分析的方法评估干眼的危险因素。方法 计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、万方和VIP数据库有关干眼危险因素的研究,运用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)对纳入的文献进行质量评价。采用STATA 16.0和RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 确定纳入16篇文献。Meta分析结果显示:女性(OR=1.98,95%CI:1.40~2.80)、糖尿病(OR=4.03,95%CI:2.84~5.73)、角膜疾病(OR=5.05,95%CI:3.00~8.48)、使用视觉显示终端(VDT)(OR=2.45,95%CI:2.02~2.96)、长时间用眼(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.15~2.09)、频繁使用滴眼液(OR=3.35,95%CI:2.43~4.60)、角膜接触镜或隐形眼镜(OR=4.57,95%CI:2.76~7.55)、长期处于不良环境(OR=2.16,95%CI:1.54~3.02)是该病的危险因素。结论 女性、糖尿病、角膜疾病、VDT、长时间用眼、频繁使用滴眼液、角膜接触镜或隐形眼镜、长期处于不良环境是干眼疾病的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of dry eye by Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were searched for studies on risk factors for dry eye. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature. Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 16.0 and RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 16 articles were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that female (OR=1.98,95%CI:1.40-2.80), diabetes (OR=4.03,95%CI:2.84-5.73), corneal disease (OR=5.05,95%CI:3.00-8.48), use of visual display terminal (VDT) (OR=2.45,95%CI:2.02-2.96), long-term use of eyes (OR=1.55,95%CI:1.15-2.09), frequent use of eye drops (OR=3.35,95%CI:2.43-4.60), contact lens or contact lens (OR=4.57,95%CI:2.76-7.55), long-term adverse environment (OR=2.16,95%CI:1.54-3.02).Conclusion Female, diabetes, corneal disease, VDT, long-term use of eyes, frequent use of eye drops, contact lenses or contact lenses, and long-term adverse environment are risk factors for dry eye disease.
