摘要:
目的 研究早期心脏康复护理配合经皮冠状动脉介入术对急性心肌梗死患者康复效果的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年6月在我院行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的72例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予早期心脏康复护理。比较两组心功能指标、步行6 min步行试验距离、生活质量评分以及心脏不良事件发生情况。结果 两组干预后左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组干预后6 min步行试验距离大于干预前，且观察组大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组心脏不良事件发生率为5.56%，低于对照组的16.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 早期心脏康复护理配合经皮冠状动脉介入术可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者心功能指标，增加6 min步行距离，提升生活质量水平，降低心脏不良事件发生率，对患者的康复效果具有积极的促进作用，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing combined with percutaneous coronary intervention on rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indexes, walking 6-minute walking test distance, quality of life score and adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The distance of 6-minute walking test in the two groups after intervention was greater than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was 5.56%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation nursing combined with percutaneous coronary intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function index of patients with acute myocardial infarction, increase the 6-minute walking distance, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events. Meanwhile, it has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
