摘要:
目的 分析国外近10年来医护人员风险感知研究的现状及热点趋势，为我国医护人员风险感知研究提供参考依据。方法 检索科学网核心数据库（WOSCC）2012年1月1日-2021年12月31日收录的医护人员风险感知相关文献，借助CiteSpace 6.1.R1软件对国外医护人员风险感知相关研究的发文量、发文机构、期刊共被引情况、高频关键词及其聚类情况进行可视化分析。结果 国外医护人员风险感知研究发文量逐年升高，美国、澳大利亚、英国等在医护人员风险感知领域研究呈领先地位；研究热点的关键词为“Perception、Care、Health care、Impact、Patientsafety”等；引用排名前10的期刊主要属于内科、卫生保健、护理、公共卫生这4个研究领域；共形成10个有意义的聚类，国外研究者聚焦于领域研究的热点人群为ICU、急诊、传染病房等医护人员。结论 国外研究者对于医护人员风险感知的研究非常重视，建议国内细节化聚焦于医护人员风险感知的研究、开展专科化重点人群的预防、开发智能化的风险管理预警系统等方法，推动国内医护人员风险感知研究的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current situation and hot trends of risk perception research of medical staff in foreign countries in recent 10 years, and to provide reference for risk perception research of medical staff in China.Methods The relevant literatures on risk perception of medical staff included in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021 were retrieved. With the help of CiteSpace 6.1.R1 software, the number of papers, publishing institutions, co-citation of journals, high-frequency keywords and their clustering of risk perception of foreign medical staff were visually analyzed.Results The number of publications on risk perception of medical staff in foreign countries had increased year by year, and the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom had taken the leading position in the field of risk perception of medical staff. The keywords of research hotspots were "Perception, Care, Health care, Impact, Patientsafety", etc. The top 10 journals cited mainly belong to the four research fields of internal medicine, health care, nursing and public health. A total of 10 meaningful clusters were formed. Foreign researchers focused on the hotspots of research in the field of medical staff such as ICU, emergency department and infectious disease ward.Conclusion Foreign researchers attach great importance to the research of risk perception of medical staff. It is suggested that domestic researchers should focus on the research of risk perception of medical staff in detail, carry out the prevention of specialized key population, and develop intelligent risk management and early warning system, so as to promote the development of risk perception research of medical staff in China.
