摘要:
目的 通过对脑卒中康复护理文献的计量学分析，揭示该领域的研究现状、热点与趋势。方法 利用Web of Science 网站检索脑卒中康复护理的研究文献，并利用计量学分析软件biblioshiny对该研究领域的国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入1458篇文献，其中研究论文1276篇，综述182篇；美国是发文量、研究机构、作者占比最高的国家，但英国作者LANCHORNE P的个人论文产出量最多（14篇）；所有文献发表在393种期刊上，其中发文量排名前20的期刊论文数量占论文总数的47.39%，ARCHIVES OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION是发表论文数量最多的期刊；“健康护理”“家庭照顾”“生活质量”“死亡率”“残疾”是目前脑卒中康复护理领域的研究热点。结论 脑卒中康复护理领域的主要研究国家、机构、作者及期刊为欧美地区，“健康护理”“家庭照顾”“生活质量”等为该领域的热点话题和研究趋势。
Abstract:
Objective To reveal the research status, hotspots and trends in the field of stroke rehabilitation nursing by bibliometric analysis.Methods The research literature on stroke rehabilitation nursing was retrieved by using the Web of Science website, and the countries, institutions, journals, authors and keywords in this research field were visualized by using the bibliometric analysis software biblioshiny.Results A total of 1458 papers were included, including 1276 research papers and 182 reviews. The United States was the country with the highest number of publications, research institutions and authors, but the British author LANCHORNE P had the highest number of individual papers (14 papers). All the papers were published in 393 journals, and the number of papers published in the top 20 journals accounted for 47.39% of the total number of papers. ARCHIVES OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION was the journal with the largest number of papers published. "Health care", "family care", "quality of life","mortality" and "disability" were the research hotspots in the field of stroke rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion The main research countries, institutions, authors and journals in the field of stroke rehabilitation nursing are European and American regions."Health care", "family care" and "quality of life" are hot topics and research trends in this field.
