摘要:
目的 研究集束化护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者遵医行为及肺功能的影响。方法 以2021年4月-2022年4月天津市胸科医院收治的85例COPD患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（43例）与观察组（42例）。对照组行常规护理，观察组采用集束化护理。比较两组患者的遵医行为、肺功能[用力肺活量（FVC）、第1 s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、第1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量（FEV1/FVC）]、COPD评估测试（CAT）评分、圣乔治医院呼吸问题调查问卷（SGRQ）评分、护理满意率。结果 观察组护理后遵医优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后CAT、SGRQ评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理可提高COPD患者的遵医行为，改善肺功能，促使症状缓解，减少其对患者生活质量的影响，满意度反馈佳。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing on compliance behavior and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 85 patients with COPD admitted to Tianjin Chest Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were divided into control group (43 patients) and observation group (42 patients) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cluster nursing. The compliance behavior, lung function [forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC)], COPD assessment test (CAT) score, St.George’s Hospital Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) score and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of compliance after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of CAT and SGRQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can improve the compliance behavior of COPD patients, improve lung function, promote symptom relief, reduce its impact on the quality of life of patients, and have good satisfaction feedback.
