摘要:
目的 探讨2013-2022年我国饮食疗法控制糖尿病患者血糖研究现状、研究热点及趋势，为今后研究提供借鉴。方法 选取CNKI数据库为检索对象，检索近10年我国饮食疗法在控制糖尿病患者血糖领域的文献，借助CiteSpace6.2.R2软件对样本文献进行可视化分析。结果 最终得到500篇相关文献。我国近10年饮食疗法在控制糖尿病患者血糖领域发文数量总体呈稳定增长态势，但尚未形成相对稳定的核心作者群体，各科研团队合作较为分散。关键词分析共产生15个高频词、8个聚类和16个突现词。结论 研究热点集中于老年人饮食干预后血糖的效果、妊娠期糖尿病后母婴的结局以及饮食的方式研究。应制定合理的饮食计划对不同的患者，逐渐形成把糖尿病患者血糖控制在合理范围。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research status, research hotspots and trends of diet therapy in controlling blood glucose for patients with diabetes mellitus in China from 2013 to 2022, and to provide reference for future research.Methods CNKI database was selected as the search object, and the literature on diet therapy in the field of controlling blood glucose for patients with diabetes mellitus in China in the past 10 years was retrieved. The sample literature was visualized by CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software.Results Finally, 500 related literatures were obtained. In the past 10 years, the number of published papers on diet therapy in the field of controlling blood glucose for patients with diabetes mellitus in China had generally shown a steady growth trend, but a relatively stable core author group had not yet been formed, and the cooperation of scientific research teams was relatively scattered. Keyword analysis generated a total of 15 high-frequency words, 8 clusters and 16 burst terms.Conclusion The research focuses on the effect of blood glucose after dietary intervention in the elderly, the outcome of mothers and infants after gestational diabetes, and the way of diet. A reasonable diet plan should be developed for different patients, and gradually form a reasonable range of blood glucose control for patients with diabetes mellitus.
