摘要:
目的 分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2019年10月-2022年1月我院诊治的65例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=33）和观察组（n=32）。对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷治疗，比较两组临床效果、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、心功能指标[心博出量（SV）、心脏指数（CI）、射血分数（EF）]、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的84.85%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均小于治疗前，且观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后SV、CI、EF均大于治疗前，且观察组大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片可提高冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果，改善心功能指标，减少心绞痛发作次数，缩短心绞痛持续时间，且不增加临床不良反应，应用安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 65 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=32) by random number table method. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, frequency and duration of angina pectoris, cardiac function indexes [cardiac stroke volume (SV), cardiac index (CI), ejection fraction (EF)] and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 84.85% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were less than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were less than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, SV, CI and EF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, improve cardiac function indexes, reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks, shorten the duration of angina pectoris, and do not increase clinical adverse reactions. The application safety is good.
