摘要:
目的 观察小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年7月-2023年7月泰和县妇幼保健院收治的90例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组45例。对照组应用雾化吸入治疗，研究组应用小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、血气指标及肺功能指标。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、喘息消失时间和肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组SpO2、PaO2、OI和PaCO2均改善，且研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后VPTEF/VE、RR、TPTEF/TE和VT均改善，且研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合雾化吸入治疗对支气管肺炎有良好的疗效，可改善患儿肺功能，缩短临床症状消失时间，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao’er Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Taihe County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 children in each group. The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation, and the study group was treated with XiaoerFeireKechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation. The clinical efficacy, improvement of clinical symptoms, blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of cough, fever, wheezing and pulmonary rales in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SpO2, PaO2, OI and PaCO2 of the two groups were improved, and those of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VPTEF/VE, RR, TPTEF/TE and VT were improved in both groups, and those in the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Feire Kechuan granules combined with aerosol inhalation has a good effect on bronchopneumonia, which can improve the lung function of children and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical application.
