摘要:
目的 分析引导式教育联合心理护理对多层螺旋CT增强检查患者配合度及满意度的影响。方法 按照随机数字表法将2020年1月-2023年1月万载县中医院接收的60例进行多层螺旋CT增强检查患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者予以心理护理干预,观察组患者予以引导式教育联合心理护理干预,比较两组心理状态(SAS评分、SDS评分)、配合度、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果 与护理前比较,两组护理后SAS、SDS评分降低,且与对照组比较,观察组SAS、SDS评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组配合度的73.33%比较,观察组配合度更高,达96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组总满意度的73.33%比较,观察组总满意度更高,达96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率的23.33%比较,观察组不良反应发生率更低,仅为3.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 引导式教育联合心理护理可改善多层螺旋CT增强检查患者心理状况,提升其配合程度,降低检查过程中的不良反应,且患者对护理满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of guided education combined with psychological nursing on the cooperation and satisfaction of patients with multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examination. Methods From January 2020 to January 2023, 60 patients with multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examination received by Wanzai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with psychological nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with guided education combined with psychological nursing intervention. The psychological status (SAS score, SDS score), cooperation degree, satisfaction degree and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The cooperation degree of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Guided education combined with psychological nursing can improve the psychological status of patients undergoing multi-slice spiral CT enhanced examination, improve their cooperation, reduce adverse reactions during the examination, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
