摘要:
目的 借助CiteSpace6.2软件对近23年类风湿性关节炎患者骨质疏松的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法 计算机检索CNKI、万方数据、PubMed中关于类风湿性关节炎骨质疏松的研究文献,检索时间为2001年1月1日-2023年5月31日。利用CiteSpace6.2软件在线分析功能对发文量、国家、机构、作者和关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献443篇文献,英文文献1562篇,发文量总体呈增长趋势,中文文献发文量最高的作者是徐胜前,英文文献作者是Wang Y和Lems WF;日本、美国和中国是研究类风湿性关节炎骨质疏松的主要国家;安徽医科大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科和UCLA School of Medicine的中心性最高,是研究类风湿性关节炎骨质疏松的重要机构;关键词共现分析显示中文文献关于类风湿性关节炎患者骨质疏松研究热点为细胞因子和生活质量等,研究前沿为免疫系统和炎症因子等;英文文献研究热点则为抗瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体、防止关节破坏等,研究前沿为白介素-6、椎体骨折和特立帕肽。结论 类风湿性关节炎骨质疏松研究有增多趋势、范围不断扩展,但机构间合作较少;针对类风湿性关节炎患者骨质疏松的研究正朝着更加精准化、个体化和综合化的方向发展。
Abstract:
Objective To visually analyze the research status, hotspots and trends of osteoporosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the past 23 years by using CiteSpace6.2 software. Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data and PubMed were searched for the research articles on rheumatoid arthritis osteoporosis from January 1, 2001 to May 31, 2023. The online analysis function of CiteSpace6.2 software was used to visually analyze the number of publications, countries, institutions, authors and keywords. Results A total of 443 Chinese articles and 1562 English articles were included. The number of published articles showed an overall increasing trend. The author with the highest number of Chinese articles was XU Shengqian, and the author with the highest number of English articles were Wang Y and Lems WF. Japan, the United States and China were the main countries for the study of rheumatoid arthritis osteoporosis; the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and UCLA School of Medicine had the highest centrality and were important institutions for the study of rheumatoid arthritis osteoporosis. Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the research hotspots of osteoporosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Chinese articles were cytokines and quality of life, and the research frontiers were immune system and inflammatory factors. The research hotspots in English literature were anti-citrullinated protein antibodies and prevention of joint destruction. The research frontiers were interleukin-6, vertebral fracture and teriparatide. Conclusion The research on osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis has an increasing trend and the scope is expanding, but there is less inter-agency cooperation; the research on osteoporosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is developing towards a more precise, individualized and comprehensive direction.
